A Sales Support Agents help advertise a product or service online. Selling products or services to both prospective and existing clients and offering support after a sale are its main duties. The job allows the agent to call potential customers, follow up with recent buyers to inquire about their purchases, schedule meetings by email or phone, and respond to any inquiries from clients. They may also follow up with new prospects or leads.
