The main responsibility of the Lead – Instructional Designer and Developer is curriculum creation, with limited need for facilitation. Integrated training requirements assessments are conducted, and a wide range of training programs are designed, coordinated, delivered, and evaluated to support various business operations. Instructor-led training and e-Learning design and delivery are examples of delivery methodologies.
You’ll be in charge of creating data-driven, goal-oriented, and human-centered virtual blended learning experiences, as well as designing, developing, delivering, evaluating, and maintaining them. This position creates learning experiences and content using a mix of approaches and technologies from learning design, learning science, graphic design, and media design.
